DVDVideoSoft ICR, or Image Converter and Renamer, is a powerful freeware for batch image conversion. It can be used to convert images to and from a variety of formats including jpg, png, bmp, gif and tga plus PDF for output formats. The interface is rather simple and all in one window where you can browse and add a list of images and then configure conversion parameters such as renaming rules using suffixes and prefixes, reorder using numbering, resize using pixels or percentage size, choose formats from a dropdown and more. You can also define an output folder for the final destination of amended files. The program is multilingual and supports a large variety of languages.
