BleachBit is a small portable and open source program to clean up system from all kinds if junk and free up space on the hard drive. It mainly targets cache folders, temporary files, cookies, program logs and can safely delete by shredding files without traces. It also wipes data on the hard drive using multiple passovers to ensure total removal of traces. Its interface is simple and easy to use as it list various browsers and other programs and their related file directories in a tree like manner so you can check relevant boxes to remove and clean up those components.
