Immersive Explorer is an open source alternative to the standard Windows Explorer with an enhanced immersive experience and intuitive layout. It allows not only to browse and view hard drive contents and information such as free space, file system etc but also allows to interact with files right within the program using built in viewers and media players. This saves time and makes navigation more meaningful and convenient. The program has a Metro style Windows 8 look with tiled buttons and controls. It supports a command line utility for administrators, developers and advanced users.
