LibreCAD is a totally free and open source multiplatform application for 2D computer aided design (CAD) that combines professional designing tools with a simplified and user friendly interface. You don't need to be an architect or a professional designer to create blueprints, designs and models thanks to easy and intuitive access to multiple editing tools. It has a large drawing canvas and supports multilayered design creation with many retouch tools. You can also customize the interface layout and install the program in a large variety of languages.
