UplPic is a lightweight and useful screen capturing utility that works directly from the system tray and does not have a standalone interface. This however does not limit its capabilities. With the simple Ctrl+PrtScn you can fetch the program and capture fullscreen or specific screen regions, after which you can edit images with effects, annotations, highlights etc. You can save images to local directories or alternatively upload it to an online cloud service, which can generate unique URLs for each screenshot for convenient sharing online.
