Qip Shot is an attractive screenshot application that can capture image as well as video files. It allows flexible screen capture regions using polygons and shapes as well as supports scrollable page capture with ease. It contains many keyboard hotkeys which you can configure yourself. The program also allows video capturing for screencasts, tutorials etc and allows setting desired frames per second rate. All captured files can be uploaded online for easy storage, access and sharing.
