Deluge 1.3.11

Deluge is a powerful alternative torrent client that offers flexible torrent downloads within a very pleasant and user friendly interface. Other than providing the standard torrent tools such as viewing files, peers etc Deluge also provides configurable options and flexible controls. For example you can control the transfer speed of a particular peer, discover local peers to avoid internet downloads, create blocklist of suspicious and notorious IPs etc. It also allows web seeding which means downloading files which are not seeded as torrent files but rather normal web downloaded files. You can view recent additions of favorite torrent files via RSS feeds.
