Miranda IM is an instant messenger client that supports many IM protocols such as AIM, IRC, MSN, Yahoo, Jabber, ICQ etc. This means you can aggregate all your contacts and buddies in one powerful interface for ease of access and better communication. The program itself is very compact but packs rich tools such as message archive database for saving consversations. Its main feature though is its support for more than 300 external plugins and exensions, such as History Sweeper (managing conversations). This makes Miranda one of the best and most customizable IMs for Windows.
