Real VNC (Virtual Network Computing) is a designated tool for cross platform remote access. You can connect from any operating system or mobile to a computer or device with a different operating system. With a built in chat you can communicate with technical department for instance. The interface is simple and allows such configurations as adjusting window size, full screen mode, adjusting to network speed etc. Menu can be access using a special designated hotkey.
