mp3DirectCut is small program for fast and lossless editing and recording of MP3 files. You can edit MP3 files without losing data that would otherwise occur when expanding to WAV and then recompressing to MP3. The program is simple but provides fast recording and processing of files. It also supports batch processing of files as well as a command line interface.  You can carry out all standard operations such as trimming, fading, zooming etc. It allows you to easily create and edit ID3 tags and facilitates fast MP3 visualization and navigation.
