PDFMaster 1.3

PDFMaster is a professional PDF viewer and editor for PC and touch devices. It is especially useful for annotating and highlighting while reading PDF files. Using touch devices you can also write notes by hand or stylus anywhere on the file. Alternatively you can add text and place stamps, signatures etc. The program supports multiple tabs so you can open multiple files in various formats at once.
