Sigil Ebook is a portable and open source epub editing software with a rich array of editing tools yet with a very user friendly and convenient interface. Its main appeal is its WYSIWYG feature which helps edit epub in real time without getting lost in the HTML code. Advanced users can still shift to code view but more users would prefer to see the book view when editing, adding table of contents, covers, images etc. You can import books from various sources including txt, doc and epub and start editing them straight away to create an epub format ebook with colorful features, background colors, various text fonts etc.
