CutePDF Writer is a lightweight PDF application that allows creating PDF files from any printable application. It acts as a virtual printer that instead of printing documents to paper prints to PDF format. The freeware version includes just a fraction of the full program capabilities but still provides such features as PDF file encryption, combining existing PDF files into one large file, rearranging page order and sequence and adding headers and footers to your PDF documents. During the setup the program asks for permission to make changes to browser settings and toolbars.
