HijackThis is a free program specifically designed to remove from your computer dangerous Trojansthat are installed with some programs and that subsequently interfere with normal computer use.  HijackThis scans registry for critical areas and then displays a list of keys found, some of which are infected with malware. This program is an assistant for you that can easily rid your computer ofdangerous software. Call it an Antivirus, if you will, which is able to prevent threats on your computer and restore its work in a short period of time.
