Norman Malware Cleaner is a lightweight portable cleaner designed to quickly scan and fix problems. It does not conflict with existing antivirus software; on the contrary they can be paired for double checking and enhanced results. Norman has three scan modes that give you the option to decide the scan levels and speeds. It has a simple tabbed interface but is rich in configuartions and settings. It produces scan reports and quarantines any infected or suspicious files. This software can be an invaluable tool on the go but for sustained results it is advisable to have an installed antivirus.
