Eraser is an open source file erasing tool for deleting sensitive data from the computer completely and without traces. It achieves this by deleting files normally and the wiping the space that it created many times over (up to 35 times) to ensure there are no practical chances to recover that file traces or bits and pieces. You can set up scheduled tasks to clean up your sessions on a computer safely after you finish work to ensure zero traces. The interface is supported in many languages and has a rich set of configurable options and settings with many tick boxes, drop down menus etc.
