MultiHasher is a convenient portable application for calculating file hashes. This is a string of code that completely describes the file and is as unique to the file as DNA is to living organisms. It is calculated using complex algorithms and the program supports most of them including CRC32, MD5, RIPEMD-160, SHA-1, SHA-256, SHA-384 and SHA-512 algorithms. It also support hash checksum verification such as MHX, SFV and MD5Sum and can check files for viruses and malware using the VirusTotal.com database. You can add files to the program interface using drag and drop facility or browse using built in file navigator. You can also add entire directories for batch calculation.
