ResEdit is a small portable software used by developers to edit Windows resource files. These are small read only files such as icons, cursors, program dialog boxes, text, buttons etc that are embedded in dll and exe files. You can edit such files using RedEdit and recompile them using C++ or by downloading the Windows® Platform Software Development Kit. The program has basic tools to edit images and supports a command line utility for editing and file conversion. It also supports many languages.
