CyberDragon is a free portable open source web browse with original layout that focuses on user privacy and security. It has a highly flexible dynamic settings menu where you can configure thousands of web trackers and block them from monitoring your browsing activities. At the same time you can set zero tolerance controls on cookies or allow some HTTPOnly cookies, but still the program does not ever store cookies on your hard drive. It can totally block all javascript activities and ads and supports proxy servers for hiding you true IP and surfing anonymously. The program is readily compatible with Tor (The Onion Router) anonymous network protocol.
