Resource Hacker is a powerful utility for advanced computer users that allows viewing and editing resource files associated with dll and exe files. Resources are components of a program or application that may include icons, images, videos, menus, dialogs etc. You can for instance view and edit menus and dialogs as they would appear when running the application. Using the Hacker you can edit, add or remove components etc and save new resource files as image or binary files using an internal source script compiler and decompiler. It is compatible with Win32 executable files such as exe, dll, cpl and ocx.
