XnConvert is a powerful and convenient batch image processing application supported on multiple platforms and available in dozens of languages. It has an intuitive user interface that allows importing hundreds of image formats and applying batch conversion tasks with the added functionality of making automated changes such as cropping, resizing, adding effects, rotating, adjusting brightness, embossing, watermarking, masking, vignetting etc all in automatic mode. You can either browse and import files and folders or use the program's drag and drop functionality. It also has an integration button with NConvert so you can export data to NConvert, which is a batch image processing app in command line interface.
