This is a freely distributed program for collecting complete information about a media, helping you learn details such as the codec to compress the video or audio file with, the quality conversion ratio (ratio) and in the case of video the number of frames per second and so on. For music files, the program displays the audio codec, quality, number of channels etc. MediaInfo supports almost all media, including OGG, MP3, DivX, QuickTime, MPEG-1, MPEG-2, MPEG-4, DVD (VOB), Real, SRT, SSA, ASS, SAMI. The data can be exported to CSV and HTML. MediaInfo will help you to quickly identify missing codecs and take appropriate action.
