Pale Moon is a modified version of the popular Mozilla Firefox browser. It is optimized to run only on Windows, which in turn leads to a significant increase in speed (up to 25%). This requires a modern processor with support for SSE2 (e.g. Pentium IV or Athlon 64). Other than that Pale Moon is identical to its prototype (i.e. fully compatibility with Firefox extensions). The browser has been optimized to run on most browsing processes, works quickly and is stable at the highest level, uses much less memory than the original browser and has a high speed of sorting pages and processing scripts. Pale Moon is distributed for free. Its only limitation is that it works only on Windows.
