phpMyAdmin is a user friendly portable software written in PHP for managing MySQL servers online through a web interface. It allows creation of databases and importing ready databses from CSV files. You can perform all standard commands like insert, copy, delete, select, update etc and although the interface is fairly user friendly still requires some prior coding knowledge. It provides easy solutions for managing tables, columns and indexes, supports global search on databases, administering multiple databases etc and you can export a database to a variety of formats. Additionally you can monitor server's CPU and memory performance using statistics and graphs.
