ScreenShooter is a fairly simple and lightweight portable application for quick desktop screenshots and online sharing. It has a basic interface that lacks many standard options such as capturing areas, scrolling etc but it makes up its deficits with straightforward operation and quick sharing capabilities. Every time a screenshot is taken it immediately provides a URL link to share online. You can also effect small changes to the image by drawing comments, text and highlighting parts of the image.
