Yandex Disk is a desktop client for the popular cloud service which allows to upload all kinds of document to a remote server which can be accessed via any device. The program runs in the background from the system tray and will automatically synchronize data as they are uploaded. You can set your smartphone to automatically upload photos as you take them but you have the option to hide them from public access and use only privately. It supports a built in viewer and editor for most documents such as images and office document formats.
