MyChat is a convenient chat client designed for corporations and offices for communicating over a local area network (LAN). The advantage of this software is that it does not use the internet to communicate with users like most chat clients and utilizes the corporate central server to provide a fast and secure communication protocol for everyday office needs, sending files and documents, messaging etc. The admin can set up user profiles according to the payroll but users can tweak their details independently. The corporate hierarchy can be replicated by restricting users from certain rooms, privileges etc. All communications between users can be stored on local hard drives for reference.
