Aegisub 3.2

Aegisub is a powerful subtitle creator and editor for fansubbing. It contains good visualization tools to determine video segment and assign subtitles to the video. You can open the corresponding audio stream to easily match speech with words with one click. Once you create the text you can tweak it by adding styles, different fonts, colors, screen posotioning etc. The program has a very simple working interface with easy navigation through the text and its timing to the video.
