Cool Reader is a free open source program for viewing, creating and editing ebooks. You can import books and reformat them accordingly. You can add bookmarks, table of contents, set margins etc. Also adjust settings as regards styles, fonts, sizes, colors and backgrounds. It includes all vital functions for ebook readers such as zoom, page or scroll view, search text, dictionaries and many other functions.
