Dicter 3.61

Dicter is a small lightweight translating application based on the Google Translate API and brings greater flexibility and multitasking solutions to the user. It has a really user friendly floating window with fullscreen support that can be fetched with a keyboard hotkey. Once you select a foreign language text you can immediately call the program trom the system tray to translate it and copy the translation to clipboard for your conviennce. It supports many languages and provides many configuration settings and options for advance use such as retranslating etc.
