Xpy is a smart little application that allows tweaking your Windows operating system, configure settings, add or remove features and improve overall security. First, you can disable your computer communicating with Microsoft servers (say your system is not original and registered with Microsoft) but also you can disable many default annoyances such as balloon tips, disarm Internet Explorer (that just wouldn't uninstall easily) or remove such programs as Windows Messenger etc. You can simple check or uncheck tick boxes for desired effect and you can easily customize and adjust your system preferences.
