NSIS stands for Nullsoft Scriptable Install System and is an advanced software for creating Windows installers for various programs. You can create self extracting executable installers for your software with automatic directory destination detection from the registry. The installation wizard allows users to customize installtion, choose and ignore components, as well as provide uninstallers. The application includes many plugins for internet connections, HTTP downloading, file patching, creating custom dialogs etc and possesses a script based interface suitable mainly for advanced users and developers.
