ePSXe is an emulating software for Windows for the widely popular Play Station console. It has three dimensional emulating plugins for GPU (graphic card), the SPU (sound card) the CD-ROM drives. You can play PS games using mounted image files such as ISO and BIN files. It allows saving games and game states. Also, games are paused automatically when the game window is exited with Esc. Though there may be many glitches and error from game to game there are plenty of troubleshooting options and online help manuals.
