WinToFlash is a small application to help create a fully bootable USB or HDD drive for any Windows operating system. Most modern laptops do not come with optical drives anymore and CDs and DVDs will soon become a thing of the past, much like the floppy disc drive. For this reason it is good to have your installations CDs written on USB drives using specialized applications. This program also features an antiwinlocker module to bypass any malicious windows blockers etc.
