Wise Program Uninstaller or Cleaner is a smart utility to manage installed programs as well as their associated files on your computer. In contrast to the standard Windows removal tool this program can overcome even the most stubborn and unresponsive programs and can safely remove, repair or force its uninstallation. Additionally, once a program is removed it can scan the registry and program files for leftovers and trails associated with that program so as to completely remove all remnants of that program and hence optimize system. It has a very intuitive and user friendly interface and has very low system requirements.
